Who are we and what do we do?
Interchange is a Dutch recruitment & selection agency established in 1990 and specialized in the filling of vacancies for the healthcare sector at home and abroad. We also fill vacancies for companies specialized in (para)medical products for the healthcare segment. Interchange fulfils the function of intermediary: when all of the terms and conditions are met, the applicant enters salaried employment with the employer. Interchange is in the Netherlands market leader in this area. We have at our disposal a reliable and extensive (inter)national network. We offer applicants opportunities both in the Netherlands and in a large number of other countries beyond our borders. Interchange offers its services as employment intermediary for vacancies in the 'primary process': doctors, (specialist) nurses, operating theatre assistants, anaesthesiology assistants, radiographic laboratory assistants, physiotherapists, ergotherapists and various paramedics.
Procedure free of charge
Interchange holds the mandatory permit for employment intermediaries (number CBA/A91.0191). Under Dutch law we offer our applicants intermediary services free of charge. Our efforts are for job seekers entirely free of charge. Even better, we offer attractive bonuses when you take up employment via Interchange. And naturally we reimburse almost all expenses that you incur when you take up employment elsewhere! For employers we operate on the basis of 'no cure, no pay'.

Do you have a vacancy that is difficult to fill? Why not let Interchange help you with it on no cure – no pay basis! Interchange is a specialist in recruitment & selection of healthcare personnel. You won't have to advertise. We search for you and arrange the primary selection. You quite naturally decide whom you want to employ. Interchange is professional, reliable, efficient and cost conscious!
Costs
We work for employers on the basis of no cure, no pay! A (previously agreed) fee will be charged only when Interchange succeeds in offering a suitable candidate. Should the candidate not function properly, the fee will be returned. All engagements will be recorded in writing via a contract prior to acceptance of the search assignment. A specimen contract will be sent on request for examination.
Procedure
Interchange tries in all cases to supply a specialized service exactly geared to your requirements. The more concretely you formulate your preferences and functional requirements, the more precisely we can conduct our search for suitable candidates.
1) On the basis of your registration we search at no cost to you for suitable candidates.
2) As soon as we have found candidates interested in the position that you are offering, we will send you for assessment purposes and without engagement the cv together with any other documentation relevant to the application.
3) In the case of vacancies outside the Netherlands we always arrange first an introductory telephone conversation. For vacancies with Dutch employers we can arrange this conversation on request.
4) On the basis of the conversation a personal introductory visit can be arranged. When possible the candidate will work for a day in the department involved in order to form a concrete idea of his/her responsibilities and to provide you as employer with an impression of the candidate.
5) When both parties view this introduction as positive they can sign the employment contract. Interchange will assist as far as possible with dealing with the necessary formalities. Interchange will also assist the candidate with insurance, travel details, language course, relocation etc.
